My passion is coaching (check out my book on coaching), whether it be coaching athletes on the basketball court, advising young entrepreneurs, or helping colleagues grow as leaders. There are many people that I turn to for support and guidance in my career, and I love sharing what I’ve learned along the way. About Me

Hey there! I'm an entrepreneur and investor, focused on the sports industry. I'm currently Managing Director of the Techstars Sports Accelerator, the former co-CEO of Draft.com (sold for $48M), the Founder of CoachUp.com (backed by $15M), an angel investor or advisor in 50+ startups, and a co-owner of the 4X Australian NBL New Zealand Breakers, among several other fun ventures. Im addicted to building and investing in businesses, and have a lot of fun doing it!

I spend my free time supporting other founders through my accelerator and my investing, but also by speaking on topics related to entrepreneurship, investing, coaching, and leadership, and by writing thoughts down from time to time, including 2 books and the occasional tweet or blog post here.
